Someone needs to write two drivers first (one for (v)Wii and one for WiiU) to support Sensorbar-over-USB. I don't think anyone has done that yet and I think your chances that this happens are low.

driver for what?
the sensor bar is only a light source, with no data communication.
you can even use 2 candles or sun on a wall as sensor bar replacement.

what he wants is just to use any USB plug (5V 1A) to power the sensor bar instead of official Wii sensor bar plug.

I once did a wireless sensor bar with 2 AAA batteries, 2 infrared led, and 1 resistor.

-AAA+ ----- -AAA+ ---------- resistor ------ LED --------- LED

but I didn't use it a lot, that was just Proof of concept for me :p
I don't know which resistor you need to plug on USB

I see. Didn't knew that all of the communication goes over the Wiimotes. Then I have said nothing ;)

I ended up find something around the house that is usb and plugs right in to censor bar I just had to cut some of it and put electric tape :D
