Is it d2x or PL problem?

No, it is a pl problem... although the dump refers to libogc video.c.... but should be a memory corruption generated by mem2 cache

Please try >

postLoader 4.b16

* corrected a memory corruption that can occurs when booting channels

Can you conffirm that the address is the one above ?

Can you make debug log and pm it to me (create sd://ploader.log and run one channel)

Thank you

ok so i recently softmodded my wii but im having a problem with neogamma. i have everything installed right i believe and im trying to launch the game super mario galaxy 2. i launch
c204.gif
neogamma from the homebrew channel. ok so the problem is that when i launch the game it does the whole app loading thing then it says starting game a green screen flashes then my wii goes back to the homebrew channel. there are other times when it says dvd-r + no cIOS. assitance is appreciated. please help im very frustrated. sorry for the grammer and such but an answer would really help.

Quick question: I'm trying to use Postloader 4b16 with DML games stored on my SD card in /games(does it matter that they're GCReeX?), but when I choose the GC games category, it just freezes the entire Wii with "Please Wait...Loading titles.txt". Any idea why that happens? I have titles.txt on both SD and USB in /ploader, so I don't quite get what the problem is.

An unrelated second question: When I use the emulator plugins(stored at USB:/ploader/plugins), the games play fine, but when I try to return to postloader, it just gives a black screen. Any clue why? Are the plugins meant to be on SD?

Ok, I took my USBGecko and figured out why it was "hanging" when going to GC games. It was user error: Since GCReex extracts the game to individual files, and my SD card is slow, Postloader was actually scanning the files of the games, which took a long time, so I assumed it froze:
Code:
fsop_GetFolderBytes->checking sd://games/G4SE01/root/GC4Sword_usa/staff/staff7.arc
fsop_GetFolderBytes->checking sd://games/G4SE01/root/GC4Sword_usa/staff/staff8.arc
fsop_GetFolderBytes->checking sd://games/G4SE01/root/GC4Sword_usa/staff/CVS/Entries
fsop_GetFolderBytes->checking sd://games/G4SE01/root/GC4Sword_usa/staff/CVS/Repository
fsop_GetFolderBytes->checking sd://games/G4SE01/root/GC4Sword_usa/staff/CVS/Root
fsop_GetFolderBytes->checking sd://games/G4SE01/root/GC4Sword_usa/thpdemo/4swords_title_us.thp
fsop_GetFolderBytes->checking sd://games/G4SE01/root/GC4Sword_usa/thpdemo/hyl.thp
fsop_GetFolderBytes->checking sd://games/G4SE01/root/GC4Sword_usa/thpdemo/sha.thp

I just didn't wait long enough for the Postloader to finish scanning. :)

However, after I tried launching a Gamecube game(Wind Waker USA/NTSC), it immediately code dumped:

I'm not sure if this stack dump is from the DML 1.5 MIOS, or from Postloader. When I use Fix94's DML boot program, it runs the 2 games I have fine.

Here's what happened when I browsed into the Gamecube section and tried to start Wind Waker:

Are you using mode 0.x or 1.x for dml ?

I never tested 1.5... I have 1.4b... the first address is strange... ff00ff00... I think the last from postloader is 813046b8... but I have no more the elf for b16... I'll pm 4b19 ;)

Everyone should have a usb gecko :lol:

I'm trying 0.x mode. I'll see what happens with 1.x in a minute.

Edit: Both modes seem to produce the same output:
This time from 1.x:
Code:
