so far my only issue is returning to postloader from any emulator

what's happens ? Can you try to install the postloader channel ? >

Also it would be nice if sub directories were usable. For instance in the vbagx/roms folder so that GB GBC AND GBA could be separate from each other...together in postloader seperate in folders

I'm thinking on it...

Just a question: will you add a WiiMC Loader? Wiixplorer already can pass a file to it, so I guess it wont bei allto difficult... That would bei awesome.

I don't known... maybe when emulator section is completed I can think to something like that ;)

when I click on return to postloader it just goes to black screen.....forever ;)

I think that the forwarder.dol in "plugin package 1" is a wrong build. GartimusPrime, can you try the on in "plugin package 2" before installing the channel (if you are going to do that...) ?

Amazing a PL4 beta... *covers slight woody*

Finally, crap I'm away from my Wii for the next 2 weeks.. vacationing in Pittsburgh, PA, back home on the 1st of July... WHY OH WHY DID THE TIMING HAVE TO WORK OUT THIS WAY!!!

If there is still beta testing going on when I get back I'll be reporting results, otherwise I'll be enjoying PL4 WOOHOO!!

Yes, but not for emulators...

I also noticed something I thought was cool. If I put a folder on my hdd via computer in the roms folder, that folder shows up in postloader and allows me to give it an Icon. That would be very cool to use for Sega and Gameboy emulators...especially being able to give the folder icons of what the system looks like. BUT right now when you click on the folder it obvious;y tries to load it as a rom and boots the emulators and brings you back to postloader. just a thought

I have placed the .png files in //ploader/covers.emu/ and made sure the naming structure is the same, but don't have any box covers showing up even after doing an import of snap shots. Is there a step I'm missing?

I've read somewhere the dimensions have to be dividable by 4. Can you check the dimensions of the pics?

I'd also like to mention that thus far, everything I've tested works fine: wii64 games, rearranging homebrew and a few small tweaks :)

You have a PM

Yes, but screenshot from emulators are for sure right. I'm using this method for covers as I prefer screenshot than standard covers and works flawless.

Thank's for testing ;)

that covers are very big... you can use a batch conversion program (like irfanview) and resize them to lower size (just remember that width and height must be divisible by 4).
Mastershoes coves are only 160x224 for NES and 316x224 for snes.....is that still too big?
I was able to resolve the issue as was mentioned about needing to have the image of the .png divisible by 4. I use the dimensions according to the above post and now having it working. Keep up the awesome work.

b14 seems to be downloading Wii Game Covers but at an extremely slow rate :( so far it's been 10 mins and only 4 covers downloaded vs usb loaders taking maybe 30ses/img per download. It often just looks like it's freezing but I know better then that. Would it be possible to get a % of download? Not necessarily a progress bar but just maybe in the top right corner of the displayed box show how much is currently downloaded? Any one willing to agree on this???

EDIT:
I'm sorry is there any way to implement a password lock for some features in your app? Wouldnt matter for what but it would be usefull to some I believe. Also Keep up the great work!

This is strange... let me check.

Yes, sure... before pl4 exit beta ;)

Something that just occurred to me...

Stfour...did you just create a program that could launch just about any single game on any nintendo system with a single click?

Yes, aside from virtual boy, DS and 3DS. But the result is still pretty unbelievable. Yes, it's true. But still...wow.

Thank you wever, you are kind as usual ;)

Anyway devoloping postloader would not be possible without the wii homebrew community
