They are decrypted already, put the three ".bin" files from the '00000c64' folder into:

(broken path up for readability)
if the folders don't exist, you might need to make them.

Just came across this thread and was looking to see if anyone had a completed save file (all routes done) of Shin Megami Tensei IV. The only saves I could find online were power saves and I can't figure out how to convert them for JK's save manager. If someone could upload a save for the game I would greatly appreciate it.
