I don't have a screenshot, but I ended up getting a C in my final course of high school, and used F12 (pretty much what this thread is about) and sent screenshots of the grade page after I changed the C -> B (with 79%) and then A (still with 79%) so they gave me a 90% just to even things out. I got a 4.0 GPA my senior year because of this. Otherwise it would have been something lower
