The photo was taken from an incident that occured in Mays Park, Indiana. Jayson, kid on the left, got violently attacked and bullied by other kids amongst his friends and suffered a gash as a result. Thankfully, two of the boys were charged by authorities for the violent attack. It became a widespread political debate.
