That reminds me that, about three days ago my sister did salsa, and she didn't blended it enough time, so there was like, pieces of garlic.
I accidentally served myself the un-blended piece of garlic and found it very pleasant, even raw.
Been eating garlic since my early teens, but they've always been roasted/caramelized. Turns out I would love this pizza.
