Nobody stores their MP3s on floppy disks. Whoever wrote this did not do enough research to know that CD-Rs were common place.

Why weren't floppy disks developed further? They just stopped at some point. Any other magnetic removable storage was niche. ZIP drives got some distribution but ultimately failed. Iomega Jaz and Rev failed even more.


Is this the joke, right? back in the day when I downloaded my first MP3 the only way you get near a CD-ROM was on a hi-tech lab, and took me 6 hours of phone dial-up connection to download the file.Whoever wrote this did not do enough research to know that CD-Rs were common place
