Possible to run Mac software thorugh Windows?

There's no direct way to do it, you have set up a dual boot system. It's easier to get a mac to boot windows (at least, an intel mac) then to get a pc to boot mac os x.

VMware or VirtualBox is the only way inside windows.

Sadly, there is not way to run Mac software in a Windows environment. It might be possible, but so far, no virtual machine, like VMware and VirtualBox, can run a Mac. It requires proprietary hardware to run, and these don't emulate that hardware.
