ROM Hack Possible to remove intros from ROMS?

I know this was possible with GBA ROMs if you knew an offset or something but i'm wandering whether this is possible for DS ones.

Is there some kind of program to achieve this?

I frankly don't know of any DS ROMs with scene intros anyway, so I don't really know what you're talking about.

just wait like everybody else; in the beginning they prob show credits that go for the game...
that just makes you a even worse pirate...

I was talking about game intros, i have never come across a scene intro even with GBA ones.

Some of these credit intros go on forever through, it is a little annoying.

A few exist, but seem to be difficult to come by (I had 2 I never knew about:| )

You'd think that on a handheld, they would let you wail on a button to hurry through them, since they insist on putting so many....but NOOOOOO.

I'll tell ya, it's one of my pet-peeves on the handheld. But you know, it's like commercials on TV......nobody wants to see them, but they shove them in your face anyway.
