It's possible but you need
1) A legit GC game
2) An SD/USB Gecko
3) An extra SD card
4) A copy of Super Mario Galaxy to rip an MIOS update.

And it's not that compatible yet.

Any answer you get is really just speculation (including mine) so don't take is as anything solid.

IMHO, while none currently exists, its not outside of the realm of possibility. However, I also don't think its on a higher priority than say... improving the WiiGator Backup Loader compatibility. In other words, there are bigger fish to fry at the moment.
(don't get me wrong, I want a GC loader too but I'm not holding my breath)

I'd LOVE to see Gamecube and/or Playstation emulated on the wii. But I don't hear much about either.
