Homebrew Possible to install DLC?

Do you think it would be possible to install DLC through Ninjhax for things like Smash and the downloadable streetpass plaza games?

It is possible only on Ninjhax 1.x AFAIK.
If you are thinking on intalling DLC on Ninjhax 2.0/TubeHax/IronHax sadly you cant.

DLC's are .cias afaik, so its possible with ninjhax 1.0 but not with 2.0.

When I pirate it's because I was never going to give them money in the first place. Pirating does not equal loses when there was no money guaranteed in the first place.

Well, once nintendo goes under they'll have to sell all game rights to Sony/Microsoft. Then I can pirate everything on one system.
