ROM Hack Possible to get SRW 3 patch into a SNES emu?

I ask this because the pathc is one of those that says you have to have both the SMC fiel and the IPS file having the exact same name and the SNES emu for a PC while load it, but I tried teh same with SNEmulDS and it didnt work, so any otehr way to apply the patch to teh actual rom and play it?

There is no way to patch them, im pretty sure of that. However, there may be a converter out there somewhere. Try google

There IS a program to patch games. I use LunarIPS, just google it, and it works.
