Homebrew Possible to Extract NSP's to a second Switch?

Is it possible to extract my installed NSP's so that I can install them on my second switch? I deleted my NSP files from computer by accident. Cant find any info on this anywhere. Thanks in advance.

Nope, you can't do anything with installed nsps except delete them.

You can use nxdumptool to dump your installed games/updates/DLC to nsp.

Well, you could dump them back to NSP (ex. via NXDumpTool)...but getting the file copied from your switch is another kettle of fish.

sx dumper can do this too but a license maybe needed not sure about this app but the sx installer app doesn't need one

Tried NXDumpTool and got failed to read CnMT NCA error code

SX Dumper gave me missing error no ticket installed

What am I doing wrong?
