Hacking Possible to create NTR overlay similar to fl.ux?

Hi! I imagine other people with bad eyes would benefit from this, and the overall washout of TN screens. I always have my brightness low, if anyone knows anything that is released or where I could possibly request please let me know!

Most recent versions of NTR have a blue light reduction option, iirc. You have to press X+Y after launching NTR to find the option.

I wish Luma3DS would have this built in. Using NTR this way is jarring and blinding at night. Might be better to just buy some gel filters and cut them up to size for use at night.
