Hacking Possible Failed N3DS Downgrade? 9.8 to 9.2

So I got a N3DS and it came with 9.8 FW i downgraded it to 9.2 and it possibly failed or did it without errors i can get into system recovery and everything but when I get to installing Reinand and Emunand9 i get a red screen and it blinks red a few times and boots me back into HBL Decrypt9 does the same idk if i screwed up or im just doing this all wrong. my only entry points are browserhax and homemenuhax. Gateway browser exploit just shows loading page and never does anything.

Use a homebrew tool that checks if any title wasn't properly downgraded.

if i get errors should i rturn it? it can still be used and officially updated but i cant get sysupdater to run again.

Sounds like an incomplete downgrade to me. I guess you could try updating to 10.3 using julian20's sysupdater and try downgrading again.
