So after this matures, it should be possible to downgrade >=10.6 using that libkhax version of sysUpdater floating around? (That's the one with like 8 checks to make sure it'll work before executing, not safesysUpdater.)

well you could try some more, but if it fails after 5 times in a row, then it would just mean that it will not work.
I'll see what I can come up with in the next days.

On my o3ds, it can take multiple tries, definitely doesn't always work first time. That being said, it doesn't seem like the hax is working for n3ds yet. Hopefully soon (TM)

Well, it does not hurt to try it like 10 times. Maybe it's less stable and we're here saying it does not work.
