Hardware possibility to hack switch with joycon

due to there being a way to change the colour of a switch joycon with a pc. Would it be possible to flash a cfw on to the joycon then when attached to the switch the joycon can hack the switch on boot?

I don't think that the Joycon Controller offers enough free Space to inject any sort of custom Code, however I'm totally no expert in this regards.
