'Aperture Science Romance Safety Compliance Guide' Trailer
At least they try to bring in some humor to some stuff
No portal for wii
^ i was just about to say that too... would have been great on wii using the pointer... oh well i'm prob gonna get pc version anyway looks really good though...
noticed there's no proce available through steam yet but elsewhere it looks like it's gonna cost about £25 (or $25 with those bloody £1:$1 conversion rates)
Lol, Can't wait.
Got to love VALVe's sense of humour. With things like that I wonder if it seems fairly laid-back there.
Maybe that's why things get delayed so often.
Different people do different jobs.
Cant wait, ill get the Ps3 version =D (So if you get the Ps3 version you get the PC to right?)
Yep. There will be a Steam enabled copy (or something to that effect) included with every PS3 copy of the game.
Doesn't make sense this wasn't made for the wii as well. I guess they figure they our alright with the way it is...
The Wii probably has hardware limitations the developers weren't willing to deal with. It isn't a powerful system, and I'm sure the developers didn't want to create a lower quality copy of the game to feed to those who bought the Wii. Although the mechanics would be good, everything else would not.
Pahaha!!! Good ol' Valve!
I do not think the graphics are high enough for the wii to the point that it would not be able handle. Even if it was, I doubt it has to be water down to much...
Not saying as fact btw
i really don't think it could handle this xP
theres no way the wii would handle that
theres a ton on complex fluid simulation going on in that level alone
And jumping on the Wii would be horrible (i mean big jumps)
That video just sold me. *Adds to want list.*
It uses the source engine? It's impressive how far they've taken it.
What's your point?
It is. Back in 2004, I thought Doom 3 looked slightly better than Half-Life 2. But thanks to all of the updates, the games look beautiful even today. The Source engine ran fine on Xbox so Portal 1 should at least have been possible on Wii, but I'd rather play it on a PS3 or PC. Thanks for allowing me to play both versions Valve. I'll preorder your game now
