Unless you could grab the source code, there is no way you could port a PSP game.

Do you understand how rediculous your own question is? I hope so since 'porting' over games isn't easy. First you need to the source codes which are not available to thepublic 99% of the time. Besides that have you seen how sluggish Wii U ports are? I wouldn't want that.

You're better off by buying a used psp.

The best we can do is build a psp emulator for 3ds.
And i bet it will be hard, way harder than to code PS2 emulator for PS3, maybe?

No, porting is impossible. What you'd need to do is write an emulator, but even then, the games would likely run like shit. If you really want to play PSP games, just buy a PSP.

In theory, the 3DS is more than powerful enough to run PSP games
In practice, you need the source code to port anything over. No source, no ports.

Wow. This is kinda like the guy who said "can i change the file extention from .3ds to .nds so it would play on my 3ds." Very funny indeed. It's not that simple.

Everybody is so negative why don't we see the fact that at least you don't have to make the models and the animations if you can access them I mean is too much work and pretty pointless you could just play it on a psp but it is possible but you have to make the entire game all by yourself. if you can access the animation and the models that means less work but pretty pointless. one man cant do what a team of developers do to make the game
