As the day of the Nintendo Switch conference and hands-on impressions draws to a close and the beans have been thoroughly spilled, we want to ask you - what do you think?

What are your impressions on the overall unveiling of the Switch given the pricing, games and hardware capabilities? Will you be Switching? Perhaps you've already pre-ordered one.

But nah as long as your not selling the stuff they cant do much.
If anything they would have to talk to the designer of it and tell them to remove it, but i doubt they would do that.
The main thing with 3d printing is to not sell someone elses work. As long as you dont do that things are normally good.
With that said tho. I do see a few snap on screen protectors for the switch already made for 3d printing.

Nintendo is only pissed because all of us lol, they've lost out on money from A9LH, Haxchi/CBHC, etc... But with some of the stunts they pull there is a reason we are loyally unloyal

I think he was just saying that, in his opinion, a monthly rental of a emulator ROM doesn't justify charging for online facilities

But why not just say game rather than emulator rom? Other than artificially inflate the sense its not worth it through using unnecessary words rather than having an actual argument? I don't like monthly leases of games, but I get why they're doing it. If nintendo is smart, they'll do the monthly lease of a game PLUS a free game every month. Make everyone happy and still get their marketing for new games out there.

"emulator roms"? lolwut. What do you think is on a legit NES cartridge's chip? or were you just pooing on the idea of paying anything at all for digital downloads of older games?

SNES games nowdays are emulator roms and nothing else. People play SNES from their cellphones. Unless they plan on charging 5$ a year, too little value when compares to ps plus and live gold.

Large starting library of games? You being sarcastic? There's five. 1-2 Switch, Bomberman R, Zelda: BotW, Just Dance 2017, and Skylanders: Imagineers.

2 shovelware titles ,one last gen port ,and one crappy title that is only for showing off the consoles gimmicks and that should have came preloaded for free like face raiders or AR card game on 3ds but instead is being sold for $50 , and bomberman(not really looked into this one)
so yeah may as well say it is launching with nothing

i preordered the Switch so will get it March 3rd and will play Zelda on it.. But seeing the games coming for it, im only excited for Ultra Street Fighter II as im after having a physical copy for my collection and will get MK8D for the family (wished they released a new MK instead) Other than that, im hoping we'll get a Gamecube VC on eShop and a Gamecube inspired Joy-Con..

The switch looks like garbage. Mobile chipset in a home console, really? No 4K, not VR ready etc. etc.

it is expected as it is a Switch thread.. anyway, not really a hardcore fan on the console itself but only genuinely interested in BoTW and playing it anywhere i want..honestly, if only Nintendo advertised this as a portable with the option of connecting to your tv then people wouldnt complain so much and would stop comparing it to PS4 or xbONE..but then Nintendo isnt forcing anyone to get the Switch right? i dunno why the hate.

I think they're wanting to not cause people to say "yeah, this is fine for handheld, but when are we getting a REAL home console?". I mean, there are still people saying that.

the only problem with that was that some games required 2 discs instead of 1, but it was great graphics wise.
