Pikachu's cry doesn't work at the title screen. It's completely muted. Does anyone have a file where it actually works?

Use google creatively, and don't make such requests in the future that violate forum rules.

It might also be worth mentioning, if I remember correctly, Pikachu's cry from yellow is notoriously hard to emulate.
It's quite possible that this is just a flaw in Nintendo's own VC emulator.

Nintendo's VC emulators are known to be somewhat inaccurate, so I wouldn't be suprised if it was just an emulation bug.
If it bothers you so much, use Gambatte.

If the game works fine, why would you request another game just for the cry of a fictional being, when you can hear it on youtube the amount of times you wish, if it doesn't change gameplay, graphics, speed or whatever, leave it as it is, also, is the title screen, how many times do you consume on the title screen, like 1 or 2 seconds?, even less if you press start immediately, so leave it as it is man, use another emulator, or if you want, use the Eur version of Pokemon Yellow if you really want to hear it, but in all honesty, this isn't important.
