ROM Hack Pokemon XY/ORAS Title Screen Edit HELP

I am trying to make a custom Title screen for my Pokemon Y game, and I get the logo replaced in PK3DS but when I start it up, the title screen shows the new logo, BUT the blurred image still is the original logo that fades in and out. I know the logo for the Title screen is located in /a/1/6/5 but I am unsure of what file exactly that it is to change to make sure the original logo doesnt keep fading in and out over the new logo.
