ROM Hack Pokemon X Randomizer Crashing

Okay, I've made several posts in various sections of this site, and it's been around a week, and I still don't have an answer to my problem. I tried to randomize Pokemon X, so I followed the steps outlined in The4thGenGamer's video exactly. Out of all the posts I've made, I've had 2 people try to help me, and anything they've said hasn't worked. Here's my error:
