Hacking pokemon white

i have a R4i card and pokemon white(and black) not working at all..
first i wait to load because it is new rom and makes a sav..
but as soon as its finished it shows a white screen forever..
my card has the problem??
plz help i do not know a lot about it..

i ve downloaded from 5 different sites but the result is the same..

On R4i label or sticker whatever it's called, is www site.
Go to this web site ond download latest kernel, backup SD, format is and copy paste nu firmware You've downloaded.
Report if it's working.

do you know what version is the latest kernel??..because i find old ones...
