Hacking Pokemon White, White Screen? Help

Basically i need help, im using the RFG updates and im using the TTDS , TTmenu. I used the SD Formatter and all that and never used the Decrypts thingy, but idk if im supposed to use it.

Well anyways when i load my rom normally without loading the TTmenu.nds first all get is a loading screen of error code -5
and then when i run the TTmenu.ds and then run the rom all i get is a white screen.

idk but i need some help can anybody help me? like links where this problem can be solved because ive tried everything and im confused sooo yeee.

Idk if i have to do anything with the rom i have its a clean pokemon white rom
