ROM Hack Pokemon White legality help!

I edited some of my pokemon to be decent for online match but for some reason, only my starter pokemon keep on having error when going online.
Help please!

Pathetic. Hack your pokemon for local battles and single player, but don't use your pokegen pokemon online, that's just low.

You should've changed the level met to 1, probably the game wasn't considering your pokemon as if it hatched from an egg (Super Power is an egg move) since the level met was 5.
