ROM Hack Pokemon White 2 failing to load.

For some reason, I get a
"Rom Loading Failed"
load rom errcode =-4
When I try to boot up Pokemon White 2 U (Mawile). It is patched properly, any ideas? I am using M3Real with Ysm3 if that helps.
