Pokémon utility

I was wondering if theres a tool out there that can scan the Pokémon ROM you are playing and display the Pokémon you are currently fightings type and which one of your party is best to fight it. I know there's a lot of streaming overlay plugins but non of them quite do what I need I would just like the opponents Pokémons type and it's weakness and my party's types and weaknesses

You can look up the pokemon on serebii if you need help, you should remember what type is strong against against what type.
