Hacking Pokemon US/UM Model Swap Mod?

Hi! Can anyone with experience with editing 3DS Pokemon games make a quick mod for Ultra Sun or Ultra Moon?

I'd just want Lillie's original design model with the skirt and hat to be put over the new clothing model she gets near the end of the game.
