can we get méga form in the bush exemple i go in the bush and a wild pokémon spawn is a méga charizard
if u know a ROM or a cheat code can u say to me

you'll have to do a rom-hack
cause there is not proper action replay for 3ds
only save editors

If you want rare Pokemon to begin with, then I'd recommend PKHeX, but if you want to actually spawn Mega Charizards and etc. from grass, you need to actually unpack the ROMFs. That's a whole lot harder, so PKHeX is probably the way to go in your case, but either way you must have Luma or at least HBL.
