ROM Hack Pokemon Sun/Moon no lines o3DS patch?

Is there a patch version of Sun or Moon (preferably Moon) with no lines.
I only have a o3ds XL and from what I read the only way to use it is with NTR on N3ds.
I'm using arm9loaderhax if that helps any.

No idea on how to use the code.bin method and no idea on what IPS patches is >.<

The code.bin is the no outline patch for S&M.
You get the code.bin from those iso sites and drop it in /root/luma/code_sections/
Enable "Enable region/language emu. and ext. .code" in your Luma config and boom! No outlines!

Not sure for IPS patches tho, but here ya go.

It's possible, but I think it's already very easy using Luma (nightly even more since Aurora changed the way to put .code, romfs and ips in the SD)

I already uploaded some .3DS and .CIA of Sun and Moon (EUR/JPN/USA) PrePathed with some cheats, including the NoOutline mod.

Either something is wrong on my end or "that chaos site" is down
I got the code.bin working, but I would match rather use a prepatched cia
