Hacking Pokemon Sun/Moon and CFW Question

My 3DS is running A9LH w/Luma and I have Pokemon Moon on it.
I was wondering is there a way to inject Pokemon from PKHex using the QR scanner?
I watched a video on Youtube that said you can but when I tried it didn't work.

Can you upload or DM a copy of the no_lines zip. I'll check if it runs for me.
