I accidentally flown to Ula'ula island right after getting into Poni island, so I can't use fly to go back. Is there a way to travel between islands without Fly?

You should have the Charizard in your pager. Use that.
There are arrows on either side of the screen when you select Charizard to switch between islands.

No, I LITERALLY just got on Poni island, so I can't use Fly to get over there.
