ROM Hack Pokemon Star Sapphire

Hello People, I was wondering if i could ask for a decrpyted alpha sapphire file to place a the star sapphire update 1.1 (of the ROM hack not the game update) on it. I've tried to do it myself but I could not get rxtools to work properly. Thanks!
