Gaming Pokemon SS Has no .sav File?

Okay so recently I tried backing up my Pokemon SS Game with JKSM, don't remember everything but this was bc I was gonna give it to my dad
turns out later....
Original Save won't load
and trying to Delete(Up+B+Select on lugia screen) doesn't work???

Later I looked at the Cart's files(Via G9M, holding start at bootup of my Modded 2DS) and it has no .sav file, I then compared it to my Animal Crossing Wile World Cart, which does have a .sav file
eventually after looking stuff up I found something called TWLSaveManager(or something like that) which doesn't work
reading the ".sav" that was "backed up" with PKSM doesn't work, have yet to test it on an emulator
trying to restore it in JKSM gives me "Failed to read save file backup"

is there like a way to brute-force a .sav in to maybe get it to work?
I'll be trying some other ideas over time
for now I leave you all with this and the .sav file as well

noticed an error
When I say JKSM I meant Checkpoint, I'ma dummy
and never the less After some research it turns out my copy is a fake, so yeah, case closed IG ^^;
