ok i got all 8 badges and went to professor elm and he gave me a master ball. then when i try to go near the water on the east of new bark , that girl keeps stopping me and saying something i cant understand.

does anyone know what im post to do at this point?

I heard I need to kill the kimono girls first. But the last kimono girl won't move from the ice path when I talk to her.

firstly, you must have the 8th badge,
you have to defeat team rocket in radio tower
you should get silver wing/rainbow wing from the REAL director
you should have go to Prof.Elm in New bark town and get a masterball
you should have surf(HM) and waterfall(HM)
You should have caught Raikou and Entei (released from burned tower)
You should have won the matches against the 5 kimono girl and get a bell(key item) =)( theres is 1 in icy path/cave but it doesnt matter)
if you have all those completed, go to whirls island =) go to the one that is the most north =)
there should be a monk at the bottom most lvl talk to him and he will activate the silver wing
go in to the bottom entrance(near the water surround by large rocks)
there should be the kimono girls standing in 1 straight line
talk to them and they will get the bell from you and the ritual will start.. after that Lugia will appear =)
Note this is a ONE chance fight... fail to catch it and you miss your chance.

you have to catch raikou and entai before VR? they flee right away.

i tink so, i only caught raikou, didnt feel like chasing the other 2 yet.

or mehbe not sense in previous games u either had to kill them or catch them.

well i beat the kimino girls and got the key item, but there is no monk at the whirl islands. i guess i'll just have to kill entai/raikou if i can find them

u have to enter the correct cave on whirl islands , theirs 4 caves. the monk is in their and u show the feather u got to him and he lets u enter. to the bottom where lugia is.

This is an image from the old silver but its the same as in Soul Silver, so u have to go to the island that says B.
thats the correct one.
