Gaming Pokemon Soul Silver Code

Hey everyone, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this but here it goes. Is there any code for Pokemon Soul Silver that only keeps one Pokemon out and following you instead of the one that is placed at the top of the list. I felt nostalgic for how Pokemon Yellow always had Pikachu following me, so I was wondering if there was a way to do it on these games. Thanks for the help!
