Homebrew Pokémon S/M randomizer help

So, the game works perfectly
Starters are randomized and all the good stuff but.. the trainers.
Somehow, they do not get randomized. And if they do, they have level 2x pokémons (for example: first Hau battle is against a lvl 23 random mon)!
What should I do? I use pk3ds as always and it randomizes everything good except that..
Right now I'm dumping the 1.1 version, I hope that this will go better..

You can't randomize trainers ATM. Don't worry, I was confused too at first

Oh well that's a shame then.. but how do people on youtube managed to do that?
Did they just "randomized" them manually?
