Gaming Pokemon Ranger Manaphy Question

Um... for some reason i couldn't transfer the manaphy egg in my supercard to my pokemon game in my R4... does the ranger net thing use a download play equivalent? if so, does it work if my R4 has ranger and my SC has D/P?

Weird i know you ca do it with two r4 and 2 ds!
If you have one ds how do you want to transfer?

secondary solution: If you need that egg you can use a savegame editor on your r4!

im guessing that you have 2 DSes, you get that manaphy then do something and i THINK either go to the poke center and either go up or down
