Is pokesav ROM related?

Because I won't be able to use it if it is...

EDIT: I found pokesav, but, I really don't know how to use it.

Like... I don't know how to mess with it so those slots are the ONLY slots that have the 999 items that I need and the rest of my bag is the same. I'm trying, but, it's hard to use.

Can someone just help me get the codes I'm asking for?

why not just download a damn file already
1.go to cheats.gbatemp.net
2.download USRCheat.dat
3.learn how to use r4cce http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=95774
4.go http://home.usay.jp/pc/etc/nds/ and go ctrl+f and type in r4cce then download it
5.open up r4cce and load usrcheat.dat
6.find the cheats you want then load it in action replay
7.DONE

ARCBUser, you seemed to get some of those cheats up and running, for others, you'll have to wait for someone to make them, or learn how to do it yourself..
This thread isn't going nowhere, so I'm closing it..
