Gaming Pokemon Platinum cheat questions

so far everything seem to be ok the cheats i want works. took me a while to figure out what buttons i needed to press in order to activate them. but i want to know does the cheats to change you Pokemon nature works if so what do u have to press to get it to work. then also all the item cheats seem to work but you dont get all of them like most of the held items you don't get such as leftovers, and metal coat. if anyone knows can they please tell me thanks.

Well i got everything for the all items code except the Griseous Orb, using the R4.

For the nature code go to the Platinium cheats and you should see the nature codes, if i'm right.
