Gaming pokemon pearl lgc crashes

after you get the first badge you have to head north for the second city.

on the cave where you use rocksmash for the first time, my game gives me the white screen of death when i exit the cave...

anyone having similar issues? my friend who started with pokemon diamond is a-ok it seems like my version just keeps on locking up at this stage of the game.

it just turns white and the game freezes up when i exit a cave...

I didn't have this problem. No freezes.
You could try updating your R4 software but I doubt this causes the problem...
probably your microsd card, as always!

just sent over my pearl rom + my sav state to my friend's r4ds and kingston and it didnt lock up.

does that mean its my kingston causing the problem?

mine crashes on the SuperCard Lite using a Sandisk 1 gb microsd. considering it's happened before with CVoR, i was sure that's just the SClite itself.

i just took out the room, deleted most of my files and re-installed it back on the cart. now everything works thanks.

do a crc check. there were probably errors in the transfer.

CRC the file on teh microSD

Yeah i have the same problem........rom is fine and passes crc check......

trying allstar's idea of format and recopy now.....will update

I would always update to the latest firmware. I have heard that Kingston microSD's were causing a few problems with Pokemon and that the SanDisk's were good. Not sure though.
