Hacking Pokemon Oras savedata question....

Some one knows how to import original card pokemon oras savedata to gw pokemon rom or cia,and make it works,i do all this steps https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutoria...oras-saves-to-gateway-with-powersaves.378513/ but it not works when i enter to game it say savedata damaged,pls some one could help me !

What size is the decrypted save when you try to import it? I got messed up the first time because it gave me a 1MB file when what SavDataFiler wants is roughly 470Kb.

Did you clear the save data from your ROM and delete the secure key before injecting your decrypted save? That's what I had to to mine before it would take it.

Sorry for not replying sooner, life got in the way.

Load your Omega Ruby ROM in the Gateway menu, then in SaveDataFiler highlight the CTR Card line and you should get some options on the top screen.

X: Revert to Factory Default
Y: export this user save data to SD card
R+Y: export this secure value to SD card
R+X: delete this secure value

Choose the R+X option to delete the secure value, that should let you import your decrypted save you moved to your SD card.

Oh dear, I didn't know you were using a new3DS. I've only ever tried it on original units.

I think I figured it out, when you copy the decrypted .bin file to the filer folder did you remember to delete the file extension? I just goofed up and forgot to delete it and got a corrupted save message.
