Does anybody know where is the Wifi Battle Background file located? I would like to swap it with other backgrounds such as Wally Battle Background in Evergrande City

Isn't it located with Wally Battle background? I'd suggest visiting a more specialised forum such as Project Pokemon who have an incredible bunch of Pokemon hackers and disassemblers. Check out Ohana3DS in particular, it may be able to help you achieve what you're lookimg for.
