Gaming Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Sky! Help!

I have this problem at PMD Explorers of Sky
I cant Evolve my Starters (found something else Thats says i need to find manaphy but dunno where to find him either)
Does some1 know what i have to do ? (or where i find manaphy if that is the case? )

than plz Help me out

I hear that the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky can be played co-op offline in many sites I can find how
I and my bro have 2 ds and 2 games can someone help me how to play co-op?
this game and site have so many users spent some time someone to help me

Yea theres one problem (alrdy finished the game saw the credits and stuff)
but i dunno where Darkrai is either or how i find him and wher

No there is no co-op mode,but you can rescue friends/other people using either wifi or passwords.....

what I must do it to get rescue from friend?
that the co-op all the site tells the rescue friend?
