ok so inorder for me to get the cia (and b able to turn it to cci(whatever is used to run games in cirta) i need a suggestion: what in your opinion is the best torrent file thingy to use to get the cia as apperently the cia cannot be gotten from the main source anymore but exists in a torrent still. i have the torrent magnet for moon but i just need a program that is the best for getting it. (no link or such needed,just a name. i'll google it)
