Gaming Pokemon migration through Flash Card

Hello. I own an Acecard 2i for DSL and I was wondering if you could tell me how to migrate Pokemon from one game to another?

Same as you would normally. You need two DS, cart to be transfered from in one. Transferring too in the other.
