ROM Hack Pokemon level-up moves hack

I've recently learnt how to hex hack pokemon evolutions in dp/hgss/bw games which seems to be very easy. However, I'd like to learn how to hack level up moves as well but I don't know how to do that. I've been trying to find tutorials but with no success.. So could someone please tell me how to do that? Give a quick tutorial or something. It'd be greatly appreciated!

I don't believe it's been done yet.

It's probably not as simple as evolutions for some checksum or hashing reason. Or maybe the game would check for illegitimate moves, like PBR, and remove them or make them Bad Eggs.

EDIT: Make the POKEMON a Bad Egg, not the move!
