Here's a Meltan file that makes Meltan evolve to Melmetal at Lvl 54, since he has no evolve in-game (no moves are lost when set to this level):

I just finished the same evolution file. I'm going to add my version to the packs soon!

just curious on why the evo_019.bin isnt allowed to be posted, but any of these layeredfs mods using the same game files "arent" copyrighted code dumped from the same exact game....?

just copy the Titles folder and put it in the the folder sxos/titles and it should work. as for a tutorial that is really all I can give unless you would like photos.
